Module that integrates into the corporate
Intranet that is used for hiring managers.
Creating and posting jobs
A series of simple and complete functions for
managing and posting jobs in the company’s Career
section and on its Intranet, as well as for tracking
job history.
Creating and managing forms
Enables recruiters to customize data-entry forms
for candidates. An unlimited number of forms can
contain specific questions defined by the user.
Candidate data entry
Enables internal and external candidates to fill
out the forms online and enclose their resumes.
Resume processing
Allows various formats of resumes to be processed
and stored in more than one language. An e-receipt
is immediately sent out.
Candidate search
Enables the recruiter to locate qualified
candidates in the database by means of three (3)
search options: Ad hoc, Pre-screening and Talent
Seeker Search.
Follow-up on candidates
CVManager enables the user to document the status
of applications and jobs. This information is
centralized and accessible to all system users who
are directly or indirectly involved in the
recruitment process.
Reports and data extraction
CVManager allows various reports that meet the
needs of users to be generated. It is also possible
to export data to an Excel spreadsheet or in
accordance with HR-XML standards (resume and
candidate data exchange protocol).
Appointments and departures module
This is used to post appointment and departure
notices on your Intranet.
External recruiters module
External recruiters can offer their services
through your Career section, and on a limited and
temporary basis, access CVManager to view postings
for specific jobs and submit related applications.
Administrative functions
It should be noted that the system's
administrative functions are for the exclusive use
of administrators and super administrators.
