ASP for Growth
CVManager is based on an Application Service Provider (ASP) delivery model. This allows organizations to maximize their ROI. CVManager technical staff takes care of 365/24/7 operations, software upgrades, hardware upgrades, security and capacity planning.
Customers only need a Web browser and Internet access to use CVManager.
Hosting for reliability
Our servers are located within major co-location data center facilities that provide the security, power and bandwidth you should expect from a top-tier ASP. These highly secure environments provide redundant power and cooling systems to ensure maximum uptime. Each of the tiers of the architecture has been configured for independent operation and scalability to provide customers with proven, best-in-class performance and reliability, while eliminating single points of failure.
The customer environment is hosted on Dell Poweredge servers with SCSII disks, RAID 5 configuration, redundant NICs, redundant power supplies and daily backups, all protected by firewalls and Cisco routers. CVManager supports 128-bit encryption via SSL.
Service availability
CVManager will take the necessary measures to ensure that CVManager is available 24/7, 365 days / year, with a monthly availability rate of 99 %.
Security for peace of mind
Physical Security and Environmental Control:
- Physical access to the data centre is protected by card access, video cameras and security personnel. Servers are located in padlocked cages or locked rooms requiring supervised access.
- Environmental control is provided by a redundant HVAC system.
- Data centres are protected by state-of-the art fire prevention system.
- Continuous power is supplied by battery backup systems and redundant diesel generators.
- Network redundancy is provided by multiple high speed networks.
Data security:
- All customer data is located on secure servers.
- CVManager employs RAID techniques to ensure the integrity of the data on its servers.
- CVManager performs backups daily.
